Account Data (when you sign up):

- Pro status and renewal date via RevenueCat.
Note: We never see your payment card details—this is handled entirely by Apple.Technical Data:
- Anonymous crash and error reports via Sentry (device model, OS version).AI and Text Processing:
- Words or text you send for translation, grammar fixes, TTS audio, or Smart Reader analysis. This text is processed in real-time and is not stored by third parties after the request is fulfilled.3. What We Do NOT Collect
- Your location, contacts, or address book.
- Your camera or microphone data.
- Advertising identifiers or health data.4. Why We Collect Data
We use your data strictly to:
- Manage your account and sync your words across devices.
- Unlock Pro features based on your subscription status.
- Fix bugs and improve app stability via crash reports.
- Generate AI-powered features you explicitly request.5. Data Sharing
We share data only with services required to run the app:
- Supabase: Database and cloud sync.
- RevenueCat: Subscription management.
- Sentry: Anonymous crash reporting.
- Google Cloud: Neural voice text-to-speech.
- AI Providers: Groq/Llama for text analysis and translation.We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.6. Data Retention
- Account & Learning Data: Kept until you delete your account.
- Crash Logs: Automatically deleted after 90 days.
- Deleted Words: Kept for 30 days in a "soft delete" state, then permanently purged.
- Review History: Kept for 365 days.7. Deleting Your Account
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time inside the app:
Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Your data is removed immediately and purged from our backups within 30 days.8. Your Rights (GDPR/UK GDPR)
If you are in the UK or EU, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, email us at [email protected]. UK users can also contact the ICO at ico.org.uk.9. Children's Privacy
Brainwrote is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). If we discover a child has created an account, we will delete it immediately.10. Security

Delete Your AccountApp: Brainwrote – Learn Vocabulary
Developer: Anton RiabkovYou can permanently delete your Brainwrote account and all associated data at any time, directly from inside the app.How to delete your account• Open the Brainwrote app on your device.
• Tap Personal in the bottom tab bar.
• Open Settings (gear icon, top right).
• Scroll to Account and tap Delete Account.
• Confirm when prompted.Deletion happens immediately. You'll be signed out and returned to the welcome screen.What gets deleted• Your account — email and authentication record across Email, Apple, and Google sign-in
• All saved words, definitions, translations, and reading progress
• Saved books and your reading library
• Streaks, XP, review history, and learning statistics
• App settings, preferences, and language configuration
• Cloud sync data on our serversWhat is retained, and for how long• Anonymised purchase records (subscription start/end dates, plan IDs — no card details) are retained for up to 7 years to comply with UK tax and accounting law. These records cannot be linked back to your identity after deletion.
• Server backups are automatically purged within 30 days.
• Anonymous crash reports (via Sentry) may persist for up to 90 days before being aged out. To cancel on Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Brainwrote → Cancel.If you delete your account while a paid subscription is still active, you will not be charged again after the current billing period ends.
